How to Choose a Social Media Marketing Agency in Noida: A 10-Point Checklist

Noida has hundreds of social media agencies, from two-person teams to large networks. Most look the same on their websites. After years of pitching for (and taking over) accounts from other agencies, here's the checklist I'd use if I were hiring one myself. Yes, I run one in Sector 15, so judge us by the same list.
The 10-point checklist
Work in your category. Ask for 2–3 accounts in a similar industry and price point, not just big logos.
Results, not just likes. Look for followers, leads or sales they've grown over a defined period, with real numbers.
Who actually makes the content? Many agencies outsource shoots. Ask whether photography and video are in-house, and who edits.
A written plan before month one. Content pillars, posting frequency, formats and how success is measured.
Reels capability. On Instagram in India, short-form video drives reach. If their samples are mostly static posts, that's a gap.
Paid + organic together. Ask if they run Meta Ads and how they use organic content in ads.
Clear deliverables. Number of posts, Reels, stories, shoot days and revisions in writing.
Reporting you understand. A monthly report that explains what changed and why, not just screenshots.
You own everything. Your ad account, your page, your raw files and your passwords stay yours.
Can you meet them? A local agency you can visit is easier to brief, review and shoot with.
Questions to ask on the first call
Who will manage my account day to day, and how many other accounts do they handle?
How many shoot days are included, and where do you shoot?
What happens in the first 30 days?
How do you approve content with me, and how fast can you turn around a reactive post?
What's the notice period if it isn't working?
Red flags
Guaranteed follower numbers (often bought or bot followers).
Very low prices with "30 posts a month", usually stock templates with your logo.
No access to your own ad account or page.
Long lock-in contracts before you've seen any work.
Reports that only show likes and reach, never enquiries or sales.
What should it cost?
Prices in Noida and Delhi vary from ₹15,000 to well over ₹1,50,000 a month depending on content volume, shoots and ads. I've broken down the tiers in what social media marketing costs D2C brands in India.
